The St. Louis Chapter of the Mizzou Alumni Association works to promote Mizzou in the St. Louis metro area, keep alumni connected to their alma mater and further the interests of the university. All proceeds support the scholarship fund, which provides money to select St. Louis area high school seniors attending Mizzou. In 2011, seven scholarships totaling $16,000 were awarded.
The chapter also plans several activities ranging from football and basketball watch parties to our annual trivia night, which raises almost $4,000 for the scholarship fund.
The St. Louis Chapter of the Mizzou Alumni Association (MAA) was formed in 1890. The chapter represents MU alumni and friends throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area.
